Amazing food and great service. Went in early on a Saturday and seated right away. Food came out pretty quick and honestly it was some of the best we ever had. Black beans and rice were spectacular, while the Cuban was great as well. Can't wait to go back.

The food here has been very good, better than some places in Tampa for sure. They're doing everything right here; the food is very flavorful. The croquetas and tostones were great as was the picadillo and palomilla. Having this gem this far north of the city is awesome. My only critique is that they're not open late enough. They close when most people get off work so it eliminates this place as a dinner option. Would highly recommend!

Let's step back in history. Yes, this place is 99 years old. And still standing, of course, it has been many things in the last 100 years, but the Cafe Masaryktown is now one of the finest Cuban Restaurants in the Bay area. When you walk in, you get a warm feeling and look forward to the adventure. My wife, daughter, and I took a rainy day drive their to get out of the house. And boy, are we glad we did. The food is absolutely delicious, and so are the desserts. But if you are in a hurry, forget it everything is made fresh to order, we both tried the Cubans, fries, planton, and green beans, and our daughter ordered the chicken nuggets. The Cubans are the best I have eaten in a long time, and I have had them at all of the best places in the bay, hands down they are the clear winners. Everything else was absolutely perfect, including the desserts. And I forgot to mention when we first sat down with our drink order they also brought us Hot pressed Cuban bread OMG it was off the chart, the service was excellent. So what are you waiting for? Get in your car and go !!!!

I'm from Tampa , moved here almost 3 years ago, and this please does not disappoint 1 bit when it's comes to quenching my need for some authentic Cuban cuisine. Like coming out of my grandmother's kitchen, so absolutely delicious!! Devil crab is on point! Roast pork, black beans, and yellow rice By far my favorite place to eat. I am always eager to return and try a different meal for the flavors to take me back to my grandmother's dinner table. My husband has never been exposed to a lot of cuban food, so this was my chance. 1st time I had him try the devil crab and our second time her ordered his own! From the Cafe con Leche ( I got him hooked on) to the warm cubano bread, perfeccion Keep it up and thank you for the warm memories of my grandmother's kitchen

I got there in the middle of lunch, so I had a little bit of a wait to be seated. But it wasn't unreasonable. They have so much on their menu, it was hard to decide. It all sounded so good. I have had the Cuban sandwich in the past and wanted to try something different. I went with the blue plate special which was picadillo and it was very good. The salad was good as well. The dining area was kept very clean and the waitress was attentive. Can't wait to go back and try something else. Maybe even save room for dessert next time.

We had the special for 9.95 which was a really good deal. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices. My preference would be a little more seasoning. Limited hours, check their page

Historic location. Authentic Cuban food. Fantastic staff. All of this adds up to "Make Sure You Check this Restaurant Out." You will not go wrong. Check them out and decide for yourself.
